If you have a tabbed inbox and can’t find your GrabOne emails
The boffins at Google recently changed the default inbox for many of you to a tabbed inbox, which looks like this:
If your inbox looks like this GrabOne emails will by default land under ‘Promotions’, so hopefully that’s where they’ll be. If you do not have promotions tabs activated your email will default to main inbox.
If your GrabOne emails are landing in ‘Spam’
To add a new contact, follow these steps:
- Open your Contacts list by clicking Gmail in the top-left corner of your Gmail page, then choose Contacts. If you’re a Google Apps user, click Mail and then Contacts. Contacts are also available at www.google.com/contacts.
- In the top-left corner, click New Contact.
- Enter no-reply@grabone-mail.com as a contact
