I’m not getting GrabOne emails at my work email address

First of all, good on you for making sure your work doesn’t get in the way of you getting the best deals every day – we love your commitment! We may suggest that you register instead with a personal email address but, assuming you’re happy as you are, here’s some help…

The recent changes we’ve made to the way we send emails may mean your company’s firewall is marking our emails as spam or blocking them altogether.

If you’ve stopped receiving them altogether

You’re going to have to talk to the IT guy, sorry. If you’re not sure who that is, he/she is the one who says “try turning it off and on again” whenever there’s a problem, and acts like you just asked for their firstborn child when you politely request a new mouse. Only they can adjust the company’s firewall setting and allow GrabOne emails through again, by adding no-reply@grabone-mail.com to the safe senders list. If yours is as surly as ours you might just wanna register a personal email address with us instead.

If your GrabOne emails are landing in ‘Junk’

We’re guessing most of you use Outlook 2010 for email at work, so here’s how to fix it if GrabOne emails are landing in your junk folder: (If you use Gmail click here)

  1. In Mail, click the Junk E-mail folder in the Navigation Pane.1
  2. In the message list, click on the most recent GrabOne email you have.
  3. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Not Junk.

Or do it in one less step with this brilliant keyboard shortcut:   To mark a message as not junk, select the message, and then press CTRL+ALT+J.
