Flochella full Terms & Conditions

General Admission

Important information:

Flochella is an alcohol and drug free event. If any alcohol, drugs, or dangerous items are found on you prior to or during the festival, security will have the right to escort you off the premises without any right of re-entry.

The Promoter can make changes to the event at any time, including to the time, duration and maximum capacity. In the event that weather or other unforeseen circumstances affect the safety of attendees, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the event

Tickets: General admission passes entitle you to see Amy Shark, Kings, Mitch James, Drax Project, and special guest Jupiter Project! This pass also entitles you to an unlimited amount jumps from the NZ Bomb Comp Tower (subject to availability on the day). 

Conditions:

  1. All e-tickets will have a unique identification code, and can only be redeemed once by the holder of the e-ticket (the person using the ticket to gain admission to the venue).
  2. The e-ticket we provide you is only redeemable in the respect of the goods or services as advertised in the specific deal on the GrabOne website.
  3. The e-ticket is your sole responsibility. Neither GrabOne nor the Merchant will be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen e-tickets.
  4. All transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
  5. E-tickets are not permitted for re-sale.
  6. You may be asked for identification at the gate to ascertain that you are the ticket holder as printed on the ticket. If your identification this does not match the name on the ticket, you will not gain admission to the event.
  7. The promoter will provide a maximum of 600 floaties to be given away at the event (at the Promoters discretion) and to selected attendees with proof that they are 16+ and who are competent swimmers. The first 600 attendees will only be allowed one floatie each.
  8. It is not guaranteed that you will be one of the 600 Flochella floaties.

 

Boat Admission

Important information:

The Boat Admission ticket entitles entry for one vessel and skipper. All boat passengers (excluding the Skipper) must have a general admission pass. All vessel passengers (including the skipper) will be required to be on board the vessel when it is entering the water, to ensure all passengers will receive the correct wristbands.

Conditions:

  1. Boats must be 30 foot or under.
  2. Your boat must be a proper vessel. No makeshift boats will be given access to the water.
  3. Skippers must arrive at the lake at their delegated time. Traffic management will be on site to direct you as to where you may launch your vessel. Boat parking will be sign posted, and traffic management will direct you to where you can park your vehicle.
  4. All vessels must be in the water by 11am. Vessels will be unable to enter the lake after 11am. In the event of arrival after 11am, the Boat Admission will be void. The skipper will receive a GA ticket to allow them to attend the festival in the general admission area.
  5. Skippers purchasing a Boat Admission will be able to purchase up to five GA tickets. However it is at the discretion of the boat launching team on the day, as to the number of participants that can board the boat.
  6. In purchasing a Boat Admission ticket you consent to two security guards boarding your vessel to search it for drugs and alcohol.
  7. In the event that drugs and alcohol are found on your vessel, the Skipper will be denied entry to the festival. Admission of all other passengers in the general admission area will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
  8. If you resist security’s decision in respect of the above, the Promoter retains the right to call the police.
  9. There is a 5 knot speed limit across the entire lake which must be adhered to.
  10. All vessels must have sufficient life jackets for all passengers.
  11. It is recommended that you use a bimmy.
  12. From 12pm – 6pm your boat will need to be moored and not moving around the water.
  13. There is to be no music played from your boat from 12pm – 6pm. If a water patrol officer asks you to turn off your music and you do not comply, you will be escorted off the water with your boat.
  14. If you are on your vessel and need to get back to shore, your boat must remain correctly moored. Your ticketing pack will include a flag which you can use to attract the attention of a water safety officers, who will pick you up.
  15. Note you cannot leave the water with your boat until it is deemed safe by event water staff.

 

Other

  1. By purchasing your ticket, you consent to ZM filming, or taking photographs at the event which may include your image. The footage may be re-used for promotional purposes by ZM on any medium without any consideration or recourse available to you.
  2. You agree that by entering your details in the purchase of this ticket GrabOne has the right to share your details with ZM, and that GrabOne and ZM may contact you with offers and updates. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
  3. Resource consent for this event is pending.

Definitions

‘NZME’ means all companies in the NZME Group including but not limited to APN Holdings NZ Limited, NZME. Publishing Limited, NZME. Radio Limited, GrabOne Limited and all brands and operating companies controlled by or associated with those entities.

The ‘Promoter’ is NZME.

 

NZME Responsibility

  1. NZME reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  2. NZME takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, texts with a misspelt keyword, texts to an incorrect shortcode, Force Majeure or otherwise.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law NZME will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the prize.

Where the Prize is to be supplied by an entity outside NZME control and that entity fails, for whatever reason, to supply the prize, NZME has no responsibility for the provision of the Prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative Prize or to take legal action to require the Prize supplier to provide the Prize.
