Customers are always at the heart of what we do at GrabOne. In 2015 we launched a bunch of new features that continued to build on that focus. And as 2016 kicks off, we’re taking things even further.
Because GrabOne is a local Kiwi business, we know that Kiwis take great pride in their local businesses, and want to be able to connect easily with our fantastic merchants wherever they may be. Late last year we completely overhauled the look and feel of our website. Not only has this meant a far better user experience for our customers, it’s allowed us to feature more local deals on site for longer, creating better engagement for you, our merchants.
This means GrabOne is no longer just the go-to for great deals for customers; we’re also a continually evolving and growing local directory of cafes, gyms, beauty salons, and heaps and heaps more. This continual push to show off all the incredible small businesses around New Zealand is a key driver for GrabOne in 2016.
Improved map functionality makes the idea of this local directory a beautiful reality. Not matter where a customer might be located, they can use the map to find deals nearby. This means you’re not only getting exposure from our daily emails, themes, and category pages – the map is now a constant resource for where the closest deal may be.
To build on the improvements we introduced late last year, GrabOne is aiming to have deals available in every category in every major town and suburb in 2016.
The new look of the website, vastly improved map functionality, and some clever IT trickery means all of this is already in motion; meaning there are more and more of your deals on site giving you increased exposure. All this so customers can easily discover your great business that could otherwise remain hidden, and making grabbing those unmissable deals that much easier.
