International Women’s Day 2022 is all about #BreakTheBias and what everyone can do collectively to strive for equality, say goodbye to stereotypes and celebrate women. Christchurch based company, Linden Leaves, was founded in 1995 by Brigit Blair, to help care for her children who suffered severe skin allergies and eczema when access to natural and effective products was very limited and hard to find. Clare and Lulu launched Secret Kiwi Kitchen to bring a whole heap of happiness into the community after Auckland second’s lockdown happened, they wanted to offer easy, fun and delicious treats as they believe the magic of home baking and the power of spectacular sweet treats brighten any day.

Amber is very interested in the connection between gut health, physical health and mental wellbeing and has always been a big advocate for helping people, Symbiota was a way she could support people by creating fermented foods to enhance their health.
