GrabOne has teamed up with Postr, the app that lets users hire out their smartphone’s lock screen to advertisers in return for cash, to deliver a mobile technology first in New Zealand.
Postr CEO Milan Reinartz praised GrabOne saying they were quick to identify the retail opportunities that Postr could offer – the chance to serve shoppers deals without even having to unlock their phone.
“On average Kiwis unlock their phones around 100 times a day. Through this technology we’re giving users instant access to their favourite content in one place and removing the need to unlock, find and run individual apps.”

GrabOne will be the first thing users see when they pick up their phones and Postr will allow them to browse deals with ease, swiping right to flick through the range of offers, or swipe left to view it in full and buy.
