You have a Yahoo email address because you like having all your news, showbiz gossip and weather on one page so you might as well keep your emails there too. But you’re not sure why your GrabOne emails are suddenly being sent to ‘Spam’, neither are we but if they are here’s how to fix it!
1. Go to your inbox and click on the ‘contacts’ icon on the top left:
This will open up your contacts page and you’ll see the option to add a new contact right below where you just clicked:
In the add new contact page simply put no-reply@grabone-mail.com into the email field (don’t worry about all the other stuff it asks for) and hit SAVE!
Help! I’ve checked my spam folder and they aren’t there either!
