General:  

1. This Customer Engagement Survey is being undertaken by Global Marketplace New Zealand Limited trading as GrabOne. 

2. These terms and conditions apply to you taking part in answering some or all the questions in this questionnaire.  
 
3. Winning a prize (1 x $250 GrabOne credit) for completion of the Customer Engagement Survey. Participants need to have a GrabOne account to apply credit codes. Individual deal terms and conditions still apply. The GrabOne credit is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. 
 
4. GrabOne reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these Terms and Conditions.  

Eligibility to enter:  

5. GrabOne customers who have purchased from the GrabOne website or app recently provided they are;  
(a) 18 years of age or over  
(b) a New Zealand resident  
(c) a GrabOne Subscriber  
(d) not an employee or immediate family member of the promoter or an agent of the promoter who is connected to the survey undertaking.  

Entering:  

6. By commencing the survey, participants accept the terms and conditions, outlined here.  

7. To enter, participants must:  
(a) Complete the survey in its entirety  
(b) Enter your details to be selected as the winner.  

8. To be eligible, participants must complete the survey by 28/09/2022 and may only complete the survey once.  

9. GrabOne may deem any completion of the survey as invalid if it:  

(a) Is offensive, incomprehensible, or incomplete.  
(b) Includes objectionable, profane, insulting, inflammatory, or defamatory material  
 
10. GrabOne may disqualify any participant who:  
 
(a) Partakes in the survey without being eligible; 
(b) Tampers with the entry process;  
(c) Submits an entry this is not in accordance with the terms and conditions; or  
(d) In taking part in the survey, engages in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or damaging to the goodwill or the reputation of the survey or GrabOne Limited.  
 
11. If the participants contact details change the participant must notify GrabOne.  

Selecting Winner:  

12. GrabOne will select the winner from the pool of valid entrants on 10/10/2022.  

13. GrabOne will select the winner by random selection of entrants.  

14. GrabOne’s selection of the winner is final and binding, subject to GrabOne’s rights under paragraph 10 or paragraph 11.  

15. GrabOne will notify the winners within 14 days after the selection date.  


Awarding Prizes:  

16. GrabOne may request that the winner provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to GrabOne’s reasonable satisfaction before awarding the prize. If the winner does not provide proof of identity, proof of age or poof or residency to GrabOne’s reasonable satisfaction within 1 month after being selected as a winner, GrabOne may forfeit the prize.  

17. The winner must accept the prize within 1 month after being selected as the winner. If the winner does not accept the prize within 1 month after being selected as the winner, GrabOne may forfeit the prize.  

18. If the prize is unavailable, GrabOne may substitute the prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of the same or similar value or specification as the prize.  
 
Personal Information:  
 
19. Unless otherwise indicated, all information provided in this survey is anonymous and will only be used for the purpose of analysis and identifying trends. 
 

Liability:  
 
20. The promoter is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition, including:  
 
(a) Any late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected survey completions or prize acceptance, including delays due to technical disruptions or network congestion;  
(b) Any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised by the survey  
(c) Any technical error, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line, telephone, mobile or satellite network failure; and  
(d) Any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; and (e) Any use of the prize or any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize
