We recently had an issue with Microsoft’s email client’s. Gimme fell out with Bill Gates and, well, it all got a bit ugly. They’ve made up now though and you should all be getting your GrabOne emails in your Hotmail/MSN/Outlook accounts again, you may however find that they are now landing in your ‘Junk’ folder. Here’s how to fix that.
Click on the settings icon on the top right
Then click ‘options’
In Options, click on ‘safe and blocked senders’
Last step! 1. Enter no-reply@grabone-mail.com and 2. click ‘Add to list >>’
Help! I’ve checked my junk folder and they aren’t there either!
